If you think um kalthum is overrated then you are clueless about middle-eastern music. It's like saying Santana is overrated, or Jimmy Hendrix is an overrated guitarist. You need to know what you're talking about to criticise someone like Um Kalthum. She is unique and beyond comparison.

@coles200808 Tienes toda la razón del mundo!! a mi una maestra me enseño que una obra de Oum Kolthoum no puedes bailarla "porque sí" como hace esta mujer en el escenario, tienes que sentirla....

Es cierto que Bozenka le enseñó danza oriental, pero como cualquier otra podemos haber hecho talleres con grandes maestros...

@patrichup jajjaj!!! y buen se atreve nada mas porq es famosa... si se dedicara solo a bailar, primero q no creo q salga al escenario con esa carencia de tecnica y segundo q se moriria de hambre como bellydancer.. jajja---- q siga cantando q le va muy bien! =)

@nfrcqa Pero no estudio profesionalmente años para ser odalisca. Perfecciono ceirtas tecnicas. Te das cuenta q el baile de ojos asi dle unplugged no es igual al tour de la mangosta. LOs movimietnos de manos y de cadera esta mucho mejor.

Ella "estudio" con una odalisca del grupo estadounidense bellydance superstars.
