Criminal Case Management -- Is the game over?

Andrew is a barrister, solicitor and legal author - probably best known for CrimeLine updater, a free publication emailed weekly to over 17,000 legal professionals. He read law at Sheffield Hallam University before being called to the Bar in 1994 and practising as a barrister in London. After a brief period at the Crown Prosecution Service, he cross-qualified and practised as a solicitor before founding CrimeLine Ltd., a company described as the Number 1 knowledge and training provider for criminal law professionals.

Andrew is a notable author and has published widely in the field of criminal law, litigation and evidence. As well as writing the hugely popular Magistrates' Court Handbook, Andrew has either written or contributed to no less than eight other books, in addition to being a contributing author to Blackstone's Criminal Practice.

Andrew is the Chief Assessor for the Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme at the Law Society for Legal Aid and an associate editor for the Journal of Forensic and Legal Medicine. He is a Visiting Fellow at Northumbria University, lives near Manchester and is married with two children.

Andrew's lecture focused on criminal case review management changes and impact.
