The Overnight Recording Project

The Overnight Recording Project took place on Friday 1st July 2011 at the Futureworks building in Manchester. It was conceived, organised and carried out by Mark Reid in association with the "NOT PART OF" fringe festival of Manchester. 6 musicians met in a recording studio and had from 10pm till 7am to compose and record several songs and instrumental pieces. None of them had ever met and didn't know who would be attending. Yours truly was lucky enough to be asked to document the night's events. This video shows their hard work taking place through the 9 hour creative session. ENJOY!
