Once again, we applaud your efforts. What frustrates me, is that plans are being made to spend funds which have not yet been SECURED. China has it's own country's "stimulus" plan happening - they don't have the funds to loan us. Japan has taken a large hit economically this past year. These are the first 2 countries the US usually hits up for loans. If they cannot, or will not, provide funds to the US, most certainly, we will be paying for it - for a very long time.
