VIP Cooking Masterclass with Hong Kong Celeb Chef Alvin Leung - 30th June 2010

Throughout June 2010, the HONG KONG TOURISM BOARD (HKTB) in London ran numerous Food & Wine promotions to promote the best of Hong Kong's culinary delights in the UK culminating in two phenomenally popular VIP Cooking Masterclasses that took place on Wednesday 30th June 2010 at l'atelier des Chefs in central London.
The two classes starred "Demon Chef", Alvin Leung, of Hong Kong Michelin starred restaurant Bo Innovation and famous food writer Sophie Grigson, who was recently in Hong Kong to experience all its best food & wine in the Travel Channel's "Sophie in the Orient" series currently being aired for 8 weeks until mid July 2010.
Alvin showcased his unique style of molecular cuisine to a VIP audience of key food & travel media followed by keen food enthusiasts in the second class. Guests were then able to try their hand at making his unique dishes, which proved to be a very hands-on, fun and interactive experience.
