Looks really good! I especially like your hand techniques. For such a widely practiced form as lian bu quan, there is a lot of room for interpretation. I think yours looks great.

@pacienciaman i think that the execution of this form is fine, given what lian bu is supposed to be... being able to move through basic stances and link actions together fluidly. keep up the hard work.

@rhinokung ummmmm thats not what i learned, you have to be rooted when you strike so that you can get power. That is at least what my Sifu told me

stances always going together with your strike,
you never to do this: first stance before strike, because you dont have power.
your waist always should be before your punch or kick or chi na tecniques. lie bun chuan has a lot chi na tecniques.
