Nikki Yanofsky, the uniquely talented young Canadian singer, recently performed at the opening ceremonies of the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games.
This interview, hosted by April Engelberg, appeared on TV McGill in January 2008 when Nikki was only 13 years old. It was April's very first interview as a sophomore - before she went on to create and co-produce The Hot Plate, a student cooking show that launched on TV McGill in the Fall of 2008.
The Hot Plate provides delicious, fresh and cost effective meal ideas. The show stars Amanda Garbutt - and it has recently been featured in The Montreal Gazette and nationally across Canada in The Globe and Mail. For episodes, recipes and more, please visit http://www.thehotplate.net/
We're really proud to share this video featuring some of the amazing talent we've had on TV McGill. For TV McGill, check out http://www.tvmcgill.com/
@Sodapoppy147 She's a ridiculously accomplished jazz singer at a ridiculously young age. That's what's unique about her.
You probably were introduced to her Olympics song which doesn't convey her style, but she's a very recognized jazz musician that everyone only hopes to be.
