That's crazy, I shot the footage on the steps at that NORML/HEMP rally in Washington D.C. in1992 and gave it to Jon Valadez for his documentary, Passin' It On - The Black Panthers' Search for Justice (1993). Wild that something I shot part of resurfaced on YT almost 15 years later. Thanks! -zen
