@BR0KENT0YS0LDIER That's our preferred coyote gun. The AR is only legal for law enforcement here. The closest thing we can get is the FAB-10, the CA compliant AR-15.

@TheProRancher not legal !?!
NNNNOOOOooooooo...............
......... bolt action 223s work better for accuracy anyway....

@BR0KENT0YS0LDIER It would be nice if AR's were legal in CA.

AR-15s are legal in california with the removable magazine! Just as long as it is a off brand such as S&W, CMMG, spikes, ect. And the Bullet button.
Do a little more research on their legality. I mean, have you been to a gunstore lately? All of them seem to be filled with ar-15s with removable mags unlike the fab10.
Visit Calguns and check out the flowchart.

@johnlocke805 I haven't been to a gun store in a while, I need to do that. However, I looked at the flowchart and after you tally up all of the can't-haves, it seems you're left with a pretty cool looking yet boring device...unless I missed something? I'd rather just have a nice bolt action. When I move out of CA, I'll start buying guns that are usable as they were meant to be. lol Thanks for the heads up!

@TheProRancher
You can easily remove the magazine with clip on your hand to depress the release.
Its worth the trouble to have a California legal ar-15 as reliability and accuracy outweigh the extra second it takes to change mags.
Also, "move out of CA?." You live in the most beautiful state. Instead of leaving it, we need to fight to protect it!
