I have seen him fight, and must say he really is one of the best. That said, no one is undefeatable, but Noel's talent goes beyond what you see in this vid. Until you really get infront of this little stick of TNT, you dont really know his humbling speed and precision. I have also fought in the Cold Steel tournys and yes they attract top notch guys. And you know who, time after time, takes a good chunk of the top rungs? Bahala Na BABY!!! Much respect!
