    Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նախագահության օրոք շատ լավ ու մեծ փոփոխություններ տեղի ունեցան մեր երկրում, թե ներքին, թե արտաքին կյանքի մասով...Իմ շատ ընկերներ, ովքեր հույս էլ չունեին ընդունվելու առանց գումար "ծախսելու" (ինչպես ընդունված է)... Ընդունվեցին առանց որևէ գումարի: Գիտեմ, նման բաների գրեթե չենք հավատում, բայց ասում եմ այն ինչ իմ շրջապատում է տեղի ունեցել:
