Heh, where I grew up we didn't even have one at all, I had to up up with clones of the concept before a CEC showed up eventually, and by then I was already into my final year at high school.

And they still have that stupied cach phrase "Where a kid can be a kid". The last time I went to Chuck E Chesse I was not, i was 11 (a pre-teen yo)!!!
