Playground workout Day1
Perform workout as a circuit with minimum rest.
(Circuit training is when you perform exercises back to back.)
Sets from 10 down to 1
Set one 10 reps,
Set two 9 reps
Set three 8 reps, until you get to 1.
Rest as needed

Squat Jump
Pull-Ups
Dips
