6:00 who are they?

[TheTESP]

They are offenders sent by the courts in St Louis, Missouri. They learn the Transcendental Stress Management program and it increases their stress-coping skills, improves their health, and basically gives them a new life. They hardly ever get back into the system to re-offend after this program. Thanks for your kind comments.
