Best of Backpacker TV 2011

2011 was a transitional year. Moving to Atlanta, but being closer than ever to some awesome backcountry trails. Was in all 3 National Forest's than encompassed Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

Wow...I lived in Atlanta for over twenty years. The traffic scene was my drive everyday into work. I miss the outdoor opportunities I had in Georgia, the mountains, beach, etc. If you're on the southside, check out a place called Cochran Mills. It's a beautiful day getaway...no camping, but very beautiful. I posted some video of it. Good luck in Atlanta...watch your back...place has gotten more violent..and corrupt.

Love the intro - the contrast is so striking between Atlanta and everywhere else you went. Makes me want to get out there...now!
