The mufflers that come on the KR500 are the FRPP M-5230-S not the M-5230-SVT1.

Yeah I remember when I was shopping for these there was some debate on that. The overall consensus was that they are the same mufflers with a different part number, since they can't actually be sold as "KR" mufflers. Whether or not they are the same doesn't matter to me - I don't have a KR - just like the sound of them. :-)

I am considering this exhaust...is their any interior drone? Gorgeous car..

@rts1960 - thanks! there is very little drone, but you can get a slight drone at certain speeds/rpms. It is very slight though, and if you have the top down you don't get any at all. These mufflers, in my opinion, add some rumble, but not too much to where it adds irritating drone. From what I've been told, these are the same ones that came on the GT500KR, except that i have the axle back - not the whole pipe. HTH.
