Shane Warne takes his last wicket in ODI cricket dismissing Yousuf Youhana for 4 during the 2005 World Cricket Tsunami Appeal Match between Asia & The Rest of the World at the MCG on January 10th 2005.
@shutuprafa It was a shame that he didnt play those two world cups but we were that good that we didn't need the best spin bowler of all time in our team to win.
I think that Shane Warne getting his last wicket in ODI is kind of sad because he had been around for so long and then retirering but I suppose that he knew when he had to stop. Great catch by Ponting. But well bowled Warnie.
I keep forgetting that this was his last match. I guess it was appropriate, but honestly, I wish he had stayed on until the '07 wc. Such a shame that 99 was the last we saw of him in the wc
