@b5ist i can already do them. But those just look like there's way to much movement in the shoulders on the kip.

@beckonband no the strain is mostly on your triceps, forearms, and chest. to practice for these practice doing about 20 pullups, not chinups, with fast explosive movements and pull all the way up to your chest, not just your chin.
