Great video !

@ImperialRussianGuard EXACTLY...Russia was evolving into a constitutional monarchy but World War 1 destroyed that effort and brought into power the worst system of government imaginable.....Lenin and Stalin murdered countless millions of their own people and others and produced a grossly inefficient economic system to boot....Drag Lenin's corpse out of it's resting place and burn in the middle of Red Square........

God save Tsar and his family !

@ImperialRussianGuard Nicholas II had it too easy. He should have been put into a gulag.

1400 people died at this coronation.

@afjaggers Just in case you were not aware: The coronation of Charlemagne took place in approximately 800 CE (Common Era). You are not going to find any videos of the actual event. If you are interested in what the coronation of Charlemagne might have been like, you might try looking for a feature film interpretation or a History Channel documentary. You will be hard pressed to find any video footage of historical events or persons prior to the late nineteenth century.

production of raw material isnt industrialisation. mass industrialisation only occured in russia during the first 5 year plan. However youre right that 1913 and 1916 were most prosperous years for russia.

@ImperialRussianGuard oh i didn´t even know his diary was available, that´s amazing!!
do you remember where you found what he wrote inside?? that would be interesting!!
and do you also know where you have the other facts from and give me a link?
i would like to take a look on it.
thx :)
@SniperWarfareOhio Actually Russia was becoming a very industrialized nation under Nicholas II. The railway network grew 57 % between 1898 and 1913. Also pig iron production grew by over 100% in those years. Industrial output grew at annual rate of 5 %. Also would you call a nation in which theories on rocket science were being published backwards ? the only thing Lenin and Stalin did was murder millions of Russians. Nicholas II would never do that to his subjects.

I'm glad this film is so available to us now.
I'd really love to see the coronation of Charlemagne. Any help would be appreciated.
