Besides the place being poorly managed if at all, you will lose your deposit and be charged for things without having an inspection of the apartment before you leave. Bedbugs would come in from the ventilation, dogs would pee in the elevator and it would not be cleaned, when it would rain the workout room would stink of mold, the pool is a slime pool... it was never cleaned nor skimmed or the amount of chlorine was not added properly the 2 times the slime pool had chlorine it was it was toxic.
