all muslimah / muslim female aren't forced to undergo circumcision..according to famous school of taught (hanafi, hambali etc), khitan is not from Islam..they said that "khitan" for female is actually from arabs traditions even during the era of jahiliyya (before the revealation of Islam), all arabs did this..so, khitan is not from Islamic traditions or taughts..e
