If you want a program that allows for transparency, you you don't want to pay for Photoshop, go and get GIMP Image Editor. Open source, free, and it gets the job done well. gimp.0rg

BTW, u didn't have to create a new folder. save it as "explorer.mod.exe" in the W folder.
