Svefn-g-englar - intro with cello bow

The intro of Sigur Rós' song "Svefn-g-englar", played with a cello bow and a Les Paul.
As you probably can see, I didn't really have the gear or skills to record this, but I gave it a shot anyway. Unfortunately, I used the original song as backing track (I tried to make my own, unsuccessfully!), so you can hear Jónsi's guitar in the background. It should, although, be possible to filter out my guitar from his.

The sound quality of the video makes the louder parts a little rough, but its such a dreamy sound I really like the video and your playing!

sounds pretty good id say! get yourself a rat and a a better (or another) reverb and maybe a delay and youre pretty much there

and jonsi breaks bows because he attacks his guitar with it. ive had the same bow for about a year now and havnt even had to restring it.
