i agree this is the easiest dragon in the game
-
If you steel from Gilgamesh i believe he gives a Genji Glove that allows you to hold to weapons that's cool!
-
this is starting to remind me of the wolfos/FF12 scenario...
although to be fair, you might not have guessed but I have very little interest in playing the GBC version of Azure Dreams (it's not a port though, its a completely different game)... maybe someday

Gilgamesh: Confused!
QUASAR!!!! (to himself)

You Win!!!!! :D

Good call on the Goddess. Yeah. Gilgamesh has a slim chance of using Quasar. I guess Lancer got unlucky that Strago was confused. If you fought Gilgamesh ten times, he might use it only once. Of course, theoretically, he could use it in all ten battles, also. But the chances of that would be astronomically slim.

You may have missed out on Quasar here (I didn't even know Gilgamesh could use Quasar), but Goddess in Kefka's tower also knows it.

Haha ^^ I guess I have said it a bit much huh? Sorry about that lol. But yeah I certainly won't knock others for their tastes, and yup to each their own =)

Shame you couldn't learn Quazar. Oh God the Earth Dragon was a pain for me. Didn't know about Gaia Gear and Angle Wings! I did know about Flote though. Still Killed him though.

That would be funny if confuse actually worked on Gilgamesh.
Quasar is one of the coolest looking spells in the game.
Great fight against Gilgamesh. I love the sheer randomness of the battle. Why is this dragon at the Opera House? Who knows.

It looks like the dragon wanted to be part of the show.

Actually, FF6 isn't the only one. FF8 has Gilgamesh on your side, but you can't summon him, he just comes randomly when you get an encounter.

Yeah, I just thought of that as I was watching.

Actually. Final Fantasy VI Didn't have Giglamesh. Its FFVI:Advanced that does. which to me is a different game entirely. It just doesn't hold the same charm to me as the original on the SNES/PSX versions. In all honesty I don't care one bit for the GBA version despite VI being my favorite in the series.

Yeah, I've heard you say that many times. I can see where you're coming from. I personally love it but to each their own I guess.
