I think it's cause you need to finish the game first and then when you start it again you select the mission mombasa streets, because maybe some of them only light up after certain missions.

I've beaten the game several times, And i don't know whitch ones i've gotten.

So if I have'nt activated it yet it's just lagging so that i can't get it -.-

Thats because you need to pass at least 4 mission an then you can find the audio.

there is a glitch i think i remember first time i went through these videos some of the terminals didnt light up, I did it again and ones that didnt light up the first time were lit up.

Glitch probably but with a lot of patience it can be done

just start the campaign over if your brain cant simply process "beat the missions"
