Well. This reminds me of German Satire. Which, surprisingly, is a compliment, because German Satire often consists of just skillfully and interlaced with humor stating the truth so bluntly that it pains the audience once it realizes that, while it is kind of funny, it's quite true and terrible. I can see some skill, and some humor, and some truth, but I find it a bit lacking in all departments. Overall it's not bad though.

The kind of sad part of this is.. he's mostly just telling the truth.
-
He's not trying to be funny. He's being what he is- a guilty, white American who believes he's "on a higher plain", sucking at the liberal teat of Jon Stewart.
-
this is not political humor! it is obnoxious!

god is too busy fucking children ? wtf hahahahaha

did some of you actually think he was trying to be funny here?

he does a GREAT job of covering most topics that are hack, overused, unoriginal. If you're gonna cover any of these topics on stage and be any good, you better have a damn good approach or else people will yawn.

It's: They want THEIR dumb ass back. Thanks.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and give you guys a heads up that you shouldn't hate it for not being funny, because he probably wasn't trying to be funny in this video.
are you talking to the guy in this video? If so, you're a dumb fuck. He's intentionally jabbing at topics that are wayyyyyyyyyy overused that aren't political since someone told him not to do political humor, since it "makes people think".

when you want to be a comedian, you choose to make your points using humour. that's not to say you can't have a point, it's just it has to be funny. otherwise write a treatise, or a non-fiction book, or do a series of college lectures. this isn't funny - it's blunt enough to hurt people, it's simplistic, it's sanctimonious, it's obnoxious.
