Un gruppo di giovani "apprendisti" si sono fatti guidare da Fabrizio Gnugnoli, chef del Bologna Football club nell'impastare, stendere, cucinare, imbottire Tigelle, crescentine e piadina. E a fine serata cena con aggiunta di vino.
