The mistake the students are making is not replacing their council. The message they are sending is that racism is actually okay, while it is noble that they will raise money they still have not addressed the actual problem.

The motion was unambiguously and specifically AGAINST cystic fibrosis, and not FOR anything else. If that can not be seen as "ill intent", then what can? The motion to cease funding was explicitly intended to negatively impact "white males." If that is not "ill intent" then what is?
