Why is this better than what is loaded on the kindle fire? In what ways is this an improvement, because I like the idea, however I don't want to pay for this and decide later that it wasn't worth the money

@johnnocreativity It is superior to the Kindle Fire OS since it allows for Market and Google applications. Aside from that it allow for an all around Android OS experiance instead of constricted to the Kindle OS. You can still access your kindle apps since you can now join the Google Marketplace and download Kindle. You can sideload ANYTHING you want and run anything you want including Chainfire 3D to enable emulation of other video plugins, ie TEGRA apps.

@GotSilpat If you were to check over on my other videos I have a Nook Tablet video with user submitted feedback. As for this you seem to already have recovery installed, to be able to flash ICS so this manual wouldn't apply to you. You have already done the per-requisit steps to flashing ROMS. In this case you would just grab a copy of CM7, shown in this video, and flash through recovery. This manual is for users that have factory stock devices and don't feel like google'ing.

Love what you put together...but would love to here from users who have downloaded your manual and have it operating properly. Also I am running a version of ICS with the sound and video not working...does your manual show how to load your program over the existing programs?
