For our project we will be looking at the distillation of beer from the view of a microbrewery. We plan on carrying out a small scale distillation process, providing different processes for making different types of beer, and providing a means to scale up the level of production. With this we plan on researching actual breweries and seeing how our process (flowchart) compares."
