MegaMan hands the Tool Program over to the repair Navi, and now we can go to SeasideArea! But, what's this? A Netquake? What's going on? Hmm...

MegaMan heads into SeasideArea1 to find the BBS in there. Once he finds it, he reads that the Aquarium in Seaside Town is looking for a lost penguin. It must be the one that is following Mick!

Mick and Lan head off to Seaside Town and to the Aquarium, where they find an odd fellow who is apparently fired. The Aquarium is closed and cannot be entered. Lan decides to come back tomorrow.
