Local search is what you see when you search for something specific like "richmond dentist" in Google or Bing. You will generally see a map with local businesses and their ratings. Businesses can be set up in a matter of minutes. Referral and Review sites are extremely popular now. This is where patients can give their feedback as to the quality of their experience with a dentist.
