u must work on ur technic but that was powerful, now use this power to be faster by working on ur 5 first steps because they're incomplete otherwise ur technically correct .what's ur pb ?

You didn't have a drive phase at all. You stood up out the blocks and ran with your head down. Your body was up by 10m. First 3 strides were good, then you started shortening your stride and ran with your head down for 40... all a bit odd.

you tecnic is bad ,you realy dont run well, work on the style man because the speed is nto to bad , but you realy dint run well
