@Winnetou14xxx I`ve been missing frusciante since blood sugar, what we got back since then, was a shadow of his former self! flea is the only true pepper, but even he`s been influenced by the main stream. just an opinion!

@Zalytunz Bands are free to do what they want. And I love it when bands do something new because it means they are growing and developing. I like the new sound because it leaves more room to have fun with the rhythm section. If you notice, "I'm With You" is almost ALL basslines, and as a fellow bass player I must admit this swayed my opinion of the album.

@TheLonethunder What is your philosophy about people who liked them from their self entitled album "Red Hot Chili Peppers" to Stadium Arcadium? Personally I believe SA lost a bit of the RHCP feeling, but now it's mostly gone with the new I'm With You. Don't get me wrong, it's still good music and I still like it, but it's just not the kind of music that makes my blood boil and testicles quake like it used to..

@Winnetou14xxx my philosophy is, anyone who only likes songs from mothers milk to stadium arcadium is a john frusciante fan. Not a red hot chili peppers fan. anthony and flea always have been, and will continue to be the core of the chili peppers. Don't get me wrong, john is fucking great, but people get so caught up on him leaving the band that they default to the opinion that no one will ever be as good as him. TL;DR john's style is melodic, klinghoffer's is textural
