With their line in Davenport, IA closed due to flood waters, some DME/ICE trains have used the BNSF and IAIS to stay dry. Here DME 6360, CITX 3100, and ICE 6416 pull a freight off the BNSF Barstow sub onto the Barstow-East Moline connector. Next in East Moline, IL where it gets on the Iowa Interstate and crosses the Arsenal bridge into Iowa.April 21st, 2011.

  • Nice shots, Bob!

  • Sweet!! I was down at my buddys house canoeing in his backyard, the water was about 8 inches below the bottom of the rails, a train went by going about 5 mph.

  • Nice catch, P5, and lash-up Bob
