To sharpen a Boker knife, start by shaping the blade to the right thickness with a big sharpening stone and then hone the blade with equal strokes on each side of the blade. Hold a Boker knife at a 15-degree angle during the sharpening process with instructions from a knife grinding specialist in this free video on sharpening knives.
