APH: Dance dance Russian Revolution

THE SOVIET ARMS AND FLAG ISSUE IS EXPLAINED HERE, READ IT BEFORE QUESTIONING

Ok, I have been questioned about using the Soviet arms in the background, while using the tricolor flag as well. See, in Hetalia (most of it at least), Russia is actually the Soviet Union. That's why I used the Soviet arms.
But, in the anime and latter in the manga as well, along with lots of Hetalia merchandise, Russia is always seen with the tricolor flag. That's why I used both.

I DON'T SPEAK RUSSIAN. I can understand it just barely, but I can't write or speak it. Don't expect me to write you back in Russian.

On to me. I finally finished my dancing Ivan! YESSH!!! X3 It's marvelous indeed. It took a while since I have absolutely no knowledge in any kind of animation program, so I had to do it all frame by frame, then put it together in sony Vegas. It turned out nice, praise me.
