法式起司火腿三明治

材料：起司片2片、火腿4片、蛋2個、土司4片、美乃滋

做法：土司為底放上一片火腿、一片起司、一片火腿再蓋上土司即可，再來把兩個蛋打出攪拌過篩來去除雜質，準備鍋子加點油熱鍋，把之前夾好的土司整個下去沾蛋液，之後放入鍋­中煎到兩面金黃即可取出，最後塗上美乃滋，把土司對切成兩半再把美乃滋面合上，這樣就完成法式起司火腿三明治

@fofie89 This is a very good Taiwanese interpretation of "Monte Crisco" sandwich, which is not necessarily French, and which does not have mayonnaise added at the end. The French does have a grilled ham-and-Swiss-cheese sandwich, for which I paid ~US$7.00 last year in an authentic French café in Los Angeles, served with French fries (pomme frites) for lunch, and which was delicious, without the egg batter though. I find the spirit of this recipé very fun and good!
