Ye, it is playable, I get 20-40Fps outside the city, even in Giran, where is alot of players 15fps. I think Acer would be better.
Overclocking is CPU speed(mhz) increasing.

Yes, in theory..in reality, you can't push it that far..
1300mhz might be possible, but you are likely to cook it within a week.

my EEE is coming tommoro...and i take it lineage 2 is installed on the EEE but the files are being read off of some external memory?

I ran installation on eee and installed it on external drive.
