Man I miss Victoria! I live out in Winnipeg now and it's just crazy what happens in the winter... what area of town are you in? I remember that crazy snow in 2006, and then two years ago there was quite a bit. Nothing like seeing a bus in the ditch!

Hahaha. It snows like once a winter here. I guess a lot of people are just inexperienced when it comes to driving in snowy conditions.

Victoria is a funny place when we get snow. The shools are shut down, buses shut down, ferries cancelled, people calling in at work saying that there snowed in, people in ditches......... ha! they basically shut the city down.
the funny thing about it is, if we get snow, it's all melted by the afternoon! I love it!
