@rokker171vera Hrmm. Lydia is rock. If you want to put it in a category you can call it alternative, progressive, or indie. Even experimental. Melodic rock is more like it for me. I would say Circa Survive and The Dear Hunter are the other two examples I can think of you're not entirely sure. Both bands have a interesting sound with their instrumentation and soothing vocals regardless of how loud it gets.
