Can u elaborate a bit more on what you mean when you say 'knife is perforating.'? I currently am working in a bag machine factory and i know that some bags dubbed PTO bags are the ones that have perforated sealing, but the ones that are dubbed as loose bags are not perforated, so they rip easily sometimes near the sealing area as they are coming out of the separator(sometimes these bags are shipped in cartons, that's why, not necessarily rolls)
