Maybe not in this Tank boneyard, but a lot of those tanks get a termite grenade on the engine. I only know that because a CA (Civil Affairs) team I knew used to put a termite grenade on the engine blocks of those tanks. Also theres a good chance that most of those have got the shit blown out of them by things like Abrams', Apaches, Cobras, and so on.

You would be correct. The majority are scavanged for parts, from what I've been told.

Because they're all pretty much deadlined/out of commission for the time being. If they're able to be rehabilitated, then they'll be put to use with the new Iraqi Army.
Big if for some of them though.

They're probably non-functional. They're DEFINITELY outdated.

I think this tanks should be refabricated a nd upgraded they might not be the best tanks ever but they would be very valuble for the Iraqi Military
