MPG to Divx .MKV Conversion Test - Misc HD footage around South Padre Island Texas

So how well does a MPG file converted to MKV with Divx Pro 7 with the MPEG-2 plug-in do on YouTube? We will see....view in HD. The MKV file size is about 85% smaller than the original MPG file. Please forgive the footage...just some stuff I threw together for the test.

Sony Vegas outputs HD in a MKV file. I used the DivX Converter with MPG plugin to convert the MKV file to DivX and uploaded the much smaller DivX HD file.
