Ian I know the saftey superintendent and the head engine mechanic. Also I know many engineers let me know when you want to go down to the URR.

Well thats quite interesting Mike, i railfan the union quite often truthfully.. I rarely railfan the union down here unless the traffic really moves in. I normally railfan around Sandy Lake to Bull Run on occansion. Normally for coke.

Its the old Hump Yard at Duquesne. The URR dont like people down in there with out a signed release by the Superintendent, which is hard to come by. They will ask you what you plan on doing and why. Basically, its just not wise to go on or near URR property without their consent

I know i didnt orginally plan this, it was my grandfather that did this. My orginal plan was going up on the bridge and shooting down on the yard to catch them kicking cars. As soon as we were spotted, we left posthast. I am not taking any chances.
