When I heard the news that, they are providing some financial help to K. Kanurakaran, I was wondering Y? Did he really needed that so badly? Was he in such a pathetic condition?

This is the reality hidden beneath all the glitters every politicians taking about. Dont they have eyes to see it? What I cant understand is, Y cant they spend their recourses for these people, rather than giving it to someone who have other options. Authorities are supposed to provide at least the basic facilities for living.
