@knobylob When. Because all the times they have been divorced, it always comes up that he never adopted him. Recently when they split up he said he didn't know if he could be a father to HER kids any longer. He told this to Jason. He talked about adopting Cam but i do not think it ever happened.

No. Liz & Jason decided it would be safer if everyone believed Jake was Lucky's son. She was married to Lucky when Jake was born and Lucky was listed as Jake's father on the birth certificate. She named him Jacob Martin so that he would have his real father's initials.... Jason Morgan.
