i have terriable internet and i play still but i lowered everything with the texture on the champs 2 no shadows and stuff like that

@nehmanator333 I personally do the exact same build but i use Merc treads instead of berseker greaves.And i finish off with a GA.

No offense, but this teemo build is horrendous.
try this: berserker greaves (boots), malady, wit's end, madred bloodrazor, frozen mallet. Once you get past malady/wit's end, you'll be able to kill anyone in 2-3 seconds.
