I grew up in Homestead and was 16 when I got in my car and drove over to Paula Carters Lanes on that Saturday in '92...I literally walked in the side (east) door (free?) and into the crowd on the side stairs and watched the whole match on TV...Voss shook my hand in the crowd and was hi-fiving everyone..then he drove across S Dixie Hwy and ate dinner at this Italian place. Sadly Hurricane Andrew wiped Homestead off the map a few months after this day, and this bowling alley is now only a memory
