I simply said that Kaberle made McCabe look better then he was by his playmaking ability. I like Kaberle more then McCabe, if you dont like that, too bad. Kaberle will get a lot more in the open market then McCabe did. Check out the leafs record for THE LAST 20 GAMES IN EACH OF THE LAST THREE SEASONS. for someone who is such a big fan, I am amazed that you dont know that the Leafs ruined their chances for good draft picks in each of these years with their win streaks each year.

And while the Leafs were barely playing above .500 hockey, Bryan McCabe was injured. That just goes to show stupid Leafs fans like yourselves how valuable he was to the lineup. How do you think Raycroft acquired his 37 wins? You think some of that credit goes to Bryan? you bet it does. Even Toskala liked McCabe back there. Funny how Toskala didn't have a good year this past, because McCABE wasn't there !! it's not a coincidence. stats don't lie.

To refresh your memory, this was the same game where Cam Janssens slammed Kaberle into the boards, injuring him. I think I know my hockey a lot more than you. I rest my case.

In the 2006/07 season when the Leafs acquired Yannick Perrault at the trade deadline, he scored the shootout winner in New Jersey. The Leafs barely played above .500 hockey since, and Sundin only had 1 goal in the last 18 games. They missed the playoffs by 2 points. Where is this WINNING streak you were talking about? What run are you talking about? Can you do math? the last 3 years is what you keep saying.

In each of the last three seasons the leafs made a run at making the playoffs when it was pretty much too late for them to make it. That way did they not only miss the playoffs but they also get lousy draft picks. I can't believe that you are stupid enough to base how well the leafs did on Sundins stats. They had historicly been a better team with him out of the lineup. Roberts and McCauley was taking Toronto deep into the playoffs until Sundin came off injury and ruined it.

No, your lack of any intelligent hockey knowledge is making everyone laugh. The Leafs ALWAYS?? go on a winning streak before the playoffs? How so, when Mats Sundin scored 1 goal in his last 20 games just a couple of years ago? When Toronto were only a couple points back, and still missed the playoffs? Where was the winning streak you are talking about? If you have nothing intelligent to say, then just shut up.
Leafs got ripped off big time van ryn is shit

actually I think van ryn was a great pickup, they traded mccabe in the deal so it was a salary dump, and got van ryn who, when healthy, was the leafs best defenseman. Dont forget mccabe had a NTC so fletcher couldnt pick any team he wanted to trade him to.
